Who Invented Good Vibrations Anyway
Is there precedence for using our fundamental basis, our energetic or electro-magnetic basis as proven by the great physicists of the quantum era, Einstein, Bohr et al, made 125 years ago, to affect our health?
Absolutely and plenty of it.
Ancient civilizations often referred to as primitive in a tendency toward arrogance, used such things as drumming, singing, chanting, and other forms of sound vibration to change people’s frequencies. Dancing and other activities can do the same. All can put participants in a meditative or more colloquially put zoned-out, state. How? By changing one’s frequency, or rate of vibration.
Going back 5000 years there’s acupuncture which by finding and clearing blockages in one’s internal energetic flows can positively affect one’s signature frequency, raising it to a more healthful state. There are intuitives who sense one’s energetic flows and aim to clear blockages as well. Certainly there are psychological approaches from meditation, analysis, use of substances that affect the mind and emotions, simple visualization, and repeating of mantras that by changing our mental/emotional states change our energy. I find exercise, sunshine, and fresh air impacts me directly.
I’m sure you can think of more. But we can all conclude that methods of manipulating our own energetic bases is a cost-effective and impactful way of affecting our own health.
